ESB is one of my faves and this one is a tiny bit bitter.
This one is on the lighter side of esb. It is actually a tiny bit bitter which is actually not a standard quality of bitters which have a fair amount of malt. Its almost like a red vs green pepper tho even that may be overstating it. Consider maybe taking what you imagine a regular bitter to be and mixing a bit of pilsner.
I’ll also not a fair bit of carbonation in this beer. If you are used to esb from a cask condition, this will be noticeable.
