Wheat beer with a loop!
just when you think wheat beer is predictable, one comes along and surprises you.
This one did that for me. Looks like a wheatbeer with a cloudy blond preso. Bring it to your nose and take a snifff… whoa!
What is that? I’m thinking it thinks its a saison. Does it know what I’m thinking? I don’t think it cares. Tho indeed I’m having a hard time describing it. Is it a lot of yeast? It seems to take its flavor almost to sour territory.
I dunno but certainly worth a pint if you have the opportunity. Not sure if I’d buy a six pack tho.
